Vigorous Software Inc. is a principal-led software practice founded in Toronto and incorporated in 2012. We design, build, and ship production software with AI at its core: generative AI applications, API integrations, AI-assisted content and messaging pipelines, workflow automation, and the custom backend engineering that makes them dependable.
In July 2026, Vigorous Software was named an OpenAI Select Partner within the OpenAI Partner Network, following completion of OpenAI's technical capability assessment covering production AI delivery, governance, and responsible-AI practices.
Every AI system we deliver ships with guardrails built in: human-review approval workflows, PII protection, deterministic validation of model output, full audit trails, and reliability engineering such as queues, retries, and fallbacks that keep customer-facing software working even when external services are not.
Our work includes an AI content platform serving more than 1,000 paying customers with over 64,000 AI-assisted documents produced, and an AI-assisted messaging platform delivered for a consultancy's national-brand client, where every AI-generated message is validated and human-approved before reaching an end user.
We also work as a delivery partner for consultancies and agencies: you own the client relationship, we architect and build the production system behind it, white-label as standard.
