I'm Lisa Englert, Virtual Assistant (VA), founder and president of virtualme, inc., and a highly skilled consultant who has the expertise to handle all your outsourced administrative needs.

Delegating to me, your trusted business colleague, the management of projects you don't need or want to do enables you to focus on the wisest and best use of your time AND achieve better, faster and more sustainable results.

I'm also a graduate of AssistU, the leader in professional training for Virtual Assistants.

Food (particularly locally grown food) and wine are my passion, and I've parlayed my appetite for both into my practice. If you're associated with the food, wine or hospitality industries, I specialize in working with you!  I can assist you with implementing your customer service, public relations, marketing, social media and communications plans, but I also handle a myriad of other administrative and business support projects.

What makes me "virtual" is that I never have to step foot inside your workplace.  Because I work from my own office -- via e-mail, phone, the Internet and other emerging technologies -- you can be located across the street or across the globe from me.

My client base is small, which allows us to work together long-term, in a highly collaborative relationship.  And since I'm not on your payroll, you don't have to provide me with office space, purchase equipment for me to use, pay my taxes or employee benefits.  Best of all, you get to work with a fellow business owner (me!) who isn't simply task-oriented but instead, is a valuable team member who helps create better systems to run your business.

My fees are arranged exclusively on a retainer basis and I require a monthly commitment of at least ten hours from you.  For your investment, you'll receive 100% productive time and all my vast skills and talents acquired from more than 20 years of working in Corporate America.
