We are a group of normal everyday people from a huge variety of backgrounds. At some point we made the decision to start a home based business with Pyxism and Team No Limits.

Our members range from people just getting started to several of the top income earners from all the various home business opportunities as far back 1998.

We believe strongly in the concept of “Team”. Wealth is a team sport and never so much as in the home based business industry.

For several years many of us have enjoyed the lifestyle that running a lucrative home business provides. Spending our time with family and friends instead of co-workers, traveling the world, giving back to the community and most importantly assisting others to achieve the same results in life that we have.

Lloyd founded Pyxism with the concept of teamwork first and foremost. The company is structured around rewording teamwork from the compensation plan up.

During the last month of pre-launch Pyxism held a contest rewarding each week the member with the fastest growing team and the overall month. During the pre-launch contest Team NoLimits won three out of the four individual weeks and both the first and second place prizes overall.

Team NoLimits was founded in 2004 by Alan Nettles. Prior to 2004 Alan was a power plant engineer with no previous experience in network marketing. By instituting a true team environment with everyone working and learning together, Alan achieved his first single month profit in excess of $100,000 in six month. He went on the set the single month income record for Liberty League International in his tenth month at $158,000 Alan has gone on to be the top income earner and member of the Executive Councils and international trainer for two more direct sales companies and is the author to the compensation plan utilized by LifePath Unlimited.

In 2007 Alan took a year off from the direct sales business and started an Internet marketing training company. Through those efforts he work with and trained members of over a dozen of the top home business companies available.

Carol Douthitt has been a full time Internet marketer for the past 10 years. She has been recognized as one of the top online marketers in both the direct sales and affiliate marketing arenas. Carol has also served on the Executive Council for a major direct sales company. She has also been an international trainer in internet marketing through both online, conferences and on stage.

Carol has worked with Lloyd Wilson in the past and was one of the first people he contacted when he started Pyxism.

Alan and Carol and the other leaders of Team NoLimits provide extensive training and resources for every member of the team. You will find both live and recorded training. The team member site contains full training videos that will need to move from a complete novice to a full time home business owner.
