OBJECTIVES
Samarium's objective is to provide shareholders with a lower risk approach to investing into the small cap and medium sector by eliminating a significant part of the typical industry risks, in particular the risks of cost overruns and of variable cost deviations. We at Samarium focus on value growth opportunities with a lower risk profile and the ability to yield cash-flow and/or dividends in a timely manner. Samarium seeks to achieve superior financial returns for its shareholders by limiting its exposure to variable costs and cost overruns, assisted by a pool of recognized industry experts and managers with a proven success record.
Samarium's preferred investment targets are small- to medium sized companies, or medium-seized to large-sized projects. Investments may be done either by outright acquisition or by providing expansion capital or by acquiring royalty and streaming rights. We are risk averse investors and operators, who typically follow the 20-20 rule.
