Core Competencies: We are a provider of high-gain, low-noise avalanche photodiode (APD) detectors, APD detector arrays, readout integrated circuits (ROICs), and integrated time-of-flight and photon-counting focal plane arrays (FPAs), specializing in components optimized for eye-safe rangefinding, LIDAR and 3D LADAR imaging systems, and dual-mode active/passive imaging.
We retain extremely sophisticated design, system integration, test, and product qualification capabilities at our facilities in Beaverton, Corvallis, and Eugene,
Oregon. We use industry-leading CMOS design, extraction, and simulation tools, TCAD device modeling, and system simulation tools, which we complement with custom-developed tools. To test and validate devices, our laboratories are equipped with calibrated electrical, optical, and reliability test equipment.
