About |
Vulpine LLC is an Arizona-based supplier of cabinetry and interior finish materials serving multifamily and commercial projects across the United States. Built around the needs of general contractors, developers, property owners, and project teams, Vulpine brings cabinet supply and complementary finish products into one coordinated purchasing relationship.
BUILT FOR MULTIFAMILY LIVING
Multifamily construction requires more than choosing a cabinet color. Every project has its own unit mix, product specifications, budget, purchasing requirements, and delivery schedule. Vulpine works with project teams to define the materials needed for the job and develop a supply proposal around that scope. From new apartment communities to renovation and property-improvement projects, our focus is helping customers move from plans and selections toward a clearly defined materials order.
CABINETRY AT THE CORE
Cabinetry is the foundation of Vulpine’s product offering. We source kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and related components for residential units and shared spaces. Our cabinet lines include Vulpine Reserve framed cabinetry and Alta Euro frameless cabinetry, giving project teams options for different design goals and budgets.
Cabinet packages can include doors and drawer fronts, panels, fillers, trim, toe kicks, and hardware, with selections documented for the applicable project. Available styles, finishes, construction options, and configurations depend on the selected product line and supplier. Quotes identify the proposed materials so customers can review the package against their requirements before ordering.
INTERIOR FINISH PACKAGES
Beyond cabinetry, Vulpine sources complementary products including countertops, flooring, interior and exterior doors, windows, wall panels, and trim and molding. Customers can work with us on a cabinet package or discuss a broader combination of interior finish materials for their project.
Our approach gives contractors and developers a central point of contact for the product categories included in their order. Rather than treating every selection as an isolated purchase, we consider how the requested materials fit the project’s scope, specifications, and purchasing schedule.
PROJECT-BASED QUOTING
A useful proposal starts with useful project information. Vulpine welcomes architectural plans, unit matrices, cabinet and finish schedules, specifications, and other documents that define the requested scope. We use those materials to prepare project-specific proposals and identify questions that need to be resolved before purchasing.
Product selections, quantities, substitutions, delivery arrangements, and exclusions should be clear before an order moves forward. Where the project requires clarification, we work with the customer to document the decision instead of relying on an unstated assumption. Final availability, pricing, and lead times are confirmed for the selected products and order.
SUPPLY AND PROJECT COORDINATION
Vulpine’s commercial role is materials supply. Installation, field construction, and jobsite supervision are handled by the customer’s designated contractors unless separately agreed in an applicable written scope. Keeping those responsibilities clear helps project teams understand what is included in the material package and what must be coordinated with their field teams.
For projects with multiple buildings, unit types, or purchasing phases, customers can discuss material requirements and delivery needs with Vulpine as part of the quoting and ordering process. The agreed proposal and order documents establish the actual scope, responsibilities, and commercial terms.
ARIZONA ROOTS. NATIONAL REACH.
Based in Arizona, Vulpine serves a national multifamily market while building relationships with contractors, developers, and supply partners. We are focused on becoming a dependable purchasing resource for customers who need cabinetry and interior finish materials for both current projects and future opportunities.
