Our clients come from across the business, finance and charitable communities.  Although many of our clients originate in the high-tech industries and the world of venture capital, we find that our expertise in technology law and corporate finance is highly valued by businesses across the industrial spectrum. We advise on both contentious and non-contentious law.  That means we can advise on commercial disputes and litigation, from the inception of a contractual arrangement, through mediation and right the way to the Courts where necessary.

A large proportion of our work is for clients who are based overseas.  We are able to handle both domestic and cross-border transactions, contractual arrangements and disputes.  To facilitate this, we have developed relationships with an extensive network of overseas law firms.  

Our team consists of a group of highly skilled and experienced lawyers including litigators, transactional lawyers and contract law specialists.  Our lawyers possess the intellectual capacity and rigour to assess and dissect complex problems and the commercial flair and creativity to resolve them.

Track Record – we have a proven track record in our chosen fields.  In corporate finance, our  team has significant experience of both domestic and international transactions, ranging from a transatlantic merger of two digital service-providers to the leveraged buy-out of Musto Clothing Group.  In the field of commercial contracts, we have negotiated agreements with the likes of Google, Asda, SGS, MBNL, Pepsico, Boots and many others ranging from global supply agreements to white label agreements.  As regards commercial disputes, our lawyers have recently advised on the disputed ownership of a major scientific text of national significance, on a claim for copyright infringement in relation to a major theatrical performance and on a trans-atlantic dispute over IPR in a medical device.
