TAP is a Customer Experience Monitoring (CEM) solution that provides network operators with a first order view of service performance as it is perceived by the subscriber.  This view is achieved by applying a crowd sourcing technique to gather Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) directly from subscriber terminals.  KPI reporting is characterised by the following;

•     Normal service consumption by average subscribers
•     A natural distribution of terminals by Make & Model
•     Continuous monitoring
•     Total geographic coverage to include roamed & in-building usage
•     Total network coverage
•     Insight into subscriber experience when disconnected from service to include their access to competitive networks

By aggregating KPI’s from subscribers, views of network and device performance are provided along with the individual subscriber experience.
