webKPI Business Intelligence Dashboards provides quick analysis and display of a host of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) along with a number of financial reports – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Business Intelligence Dashboards delivers immediate access to current financial data for people who are often not QuickBooks users, or don’t have access to run the QuickBooks solution. And, the QuickBooks data integrity is always maintained – webKPI users can only use the exported data. They cannot access, change or edit the QuickBooks database.

webKPI QBLink/QBConnector (included with webKPI BI Dashboards) is a plug-in that provides the connection between the QuickBooks application and the webKPI server. Connectors available for MAS 90, MS Dynamics, SAP Business One, Fishbowl, SpringAhead, and more  Financial data is exported from QuickBooks or other business system on a regular schedule (e.g. each evening), or can be exported immediately when required.

webKPI Budget Analysis (a Business Intelligence Dashboards add-on) delivers a P&L report displaying Actuals, Budget and Difference, down to the sub-class level, and includes Reforecast.

webKPI Benchmarking & Valuation links to a database of over 900,000 companies in 2300 SIC or NAICS code categories and provides a comparative analysis against data from like companies having the same SIC or NAICS code. In addition to seeing where a company fits in comparison to its SIC or NAICS code peers, Benchmarking & Valuation offers recommendations for improving the company’s financial position. In the event a valuation is needed for the company, this product provides five valuation tools.
