wede tech is a Portuguese technology company developing a patent-pending infrastructure layer designed to maintain the operational continuity of critical digital services when connectivity degrades, internet access becomes unavailable, or cloud and network infrastructure is disrupted.

Integrated through API and SDK, wede enables digital platforms to continue executing defined workflows under degraded or offline conditions, using local execution, alternative communication channels and subsequent synchronization when connectivity is restored.

The technology is particularly relevant for government digital services, healthcare systems, financial platforms, telecommunications, logistics and other mission-critical environments where service interruption can create significant operational, financial or societal impact.

wede has progressed beyond the MVP stage and is focused on regulated and enterprise deployments, pilots and strategic partnerships across multiple international markets.

The company filed its first Portuguese patent application in August 2025 and submitted an international PCT patent application in August 2026, covering key elements of its hybrid communication and service-continuity architecture.

wede has also received a GO at Stage 1 of the EIC Accelerator and has been invited to Stage 2, providing further European-level validation of the technology and its market potential.
