Wellness After School was founded with every teen in mind, grounded in the belief that all young people deserve access to the tools and skills needed to set themselves up for a happy and fulfilling life. We believe every teen, regardless of their mental health status, benefits from learning coping strategies and self-care practices. Life can be overwhelming, and while not everyone may need a psychologist, everyone at some point needs to know how to manage stress, process emotions, manage thoughts,  and foster meaningful relationships. All Through our range of science-based wellness classes, we empower teens with practical, lifelong skills to build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and prepare for a fulfilling future.
