Small family business with over 25 years real estate experience, who provide a personal, unique service for people wanting to buy property in the Costa del Sol and Costa Tropical coastline in the south of Spain. The business was started to assist families relocating to the area, helping find schools, services and jobs for people moving to the Almunecar, La Herradura and Salobrena areas. Soon professional investors were asking us to find suitable investment properties and land to buy, as the area was benefiting from two new motorways and was ear marked for fantastic future growth potential. The area was known as the Eastern Costa del Sol ,however the Granada province wanted to create their own brand and 15 years ago created the name the Costa Tropical. The area boasts limited development compared to the Costa Del Sol area and the Costa Tropical retains many natural beauty in zones of Natural Parks and unspoilt mountain ranges which roll right down to the Mediterranean Sea. The area is most famous for it´s micro climate which has been lauded by the World Health Organisation as the best climate in Europe!! Sandwiched between the Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Mediterranean Sea the temperatures on the coast rarely dip lower than 8º at night and average winter temperatures of 18º. In the summer the temperatures are fresh and average 28º when just 30 minutes inland the temperatures can be a roaring 40º+.
