The World Gastronomy Network Inc. proudly announces the launch of the WOGI EuroTaste Ride, an extraordinary 8-month cycling journey starting March 1, 2026, from Salem, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, spanning 28 European countries to celebrate the continent’s culinary treasures. Built around the WOGI app, this campaign unites a global community through a passion for sustainable food and local cultures.
During the WOGI EuroTaste Ride, our two cyclists, Gábor András Varga and Marcell Varga, will stop in a new city each day to prepare iconic dishes - from Hungarian goulash to Italian carbonara to Spanish paella. Sourcing ingredients from local markets and collaborating with chefs and producers, they’ll share recipes on the WOGI app, where users can upload their own versions. The 18,000 km journey will be documented through daily posts, behind-the-scenes Insta Stories, weekly livestreams, and blog entries, engaging followers with #WOGIRide, #EuroTaste, and #SustainableFood hashtags.
