WorkPilot is a free macOS app that unifies Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Kimi into one workspace. It runs locally, records workflows to learn your decision patterns, uses your existing AI subscriptions (zero per-token API billing), and stops for human approval before any action leaves the machine.

WorkPilot is built around two ideas. Loop engineering: recurring work is described in conversation rather than written as cron files, and the app asks permission before it acts. Graph engineering: context flows as a branching graph, where child threads hold the full investigation and return only a summary to the parent, which keeps the context handed to the models small.
