YMCA.mk empowers young people in N.Macedonia to develop their potential through youth leadership and experiential education programs. We support personal growth and career development, providing skills and knowledge for youth to become active participants in decision-making and leaders in their communities.

We concentrate on Youth Work and Community Development:

Youth Work: leadership camps, Leaders-in-Training program (peer schools, digital education courses, soft skills training, international trainings, and peace education) to support personal and career development and to increase youth participation, volunteering, and environmentalism in N.Macedonia.

Community Development: contribution to improving laws, strategies and policies in the field of youth, youth work and youth participation, and social responsibility in N.Macedonia.
