Specialty food distributor KeHE recently paired with Yossi’s Nostalgic Bakery to add the bakery’s line of gourmet cookies to its list of products. This partnership will make the cookies available to the more than 30,000 stores in the KeHE grocery network.
Yossi’s Nostalgic Bakery crafts a line of premium, all natural cookies that are free from gluten, dairy, and GMOs. The bakery meets the rising demand for healthy foods that aren’t lacking in quality. The cookies are available in a variety of “newage” flavors and are uniquely packaged by vacuum and nitrogen flushing, allowing for a shelf life of 12 months. Each cookie is individually packaged, creating portability and easy portion control.
