We understand that, for some people, zero hours contract provide much desired flexibility. However, for others, there is not much choice. These unilaterally-imposed zero hours contracts create insecurity in terms of hours and hence pay. We are seeking to persuade employers to stop using zero hours contracts or, if they have to use it, to do so under certain minimum criteria. We also provide legal information to people working on zero hours contracts and, where possible, try to represent them to obtain a suitable outcome.
