Luxury ladies wear fashion label promoting sustainable fashion and textile recycling.
z-mode is a contemporary ladies wear fashion brand created by Lithuanian born Victoria Rangayah. Victoria’s debut SS11 collection launched during London Fashion Week focuses on dresses and contemporary tailoring leading towards an ethical fashion. z-mode’s first introduction to shoelace re-cycling was well received therefore she has decided to introduce more aspects of sustainable fashion in her AW11 designs.
z-mode’s AW11 collection is inspired by Nabana, No Sato light festival in Japan and it’s made out of recycled stockings.
Victoria was nominated for a fashion design merchandise award in South Africa.
Her garments were featured in various international magazines such as ELLE (SA), Style Plus (Lithuania), Collezzioni Street and Sport (Italy) LABB fashion (UK) The Sketchbook Mag, W25, Cheshire Life just to mention few.
Victoria’s designs were exhibited in Museum Africa, Johannesburg and her shoelace dress was selected and showcased in ‘Clothes Show Live - Fashion Theater’ 2010.
