The CJF develops and operates cancer early detection systems and provides information, guidance, support, and community for cancer survivors (cancer journeyers) as they finish their cancer treatments and transition to their individual cancer journeys.

The CJF serves as a support center for cancer journeyers (survivors) to help themselves and to support other cancer survivors.

The goal is to develop a website and community that provides links to all of the information and support that a cancer journeyer needs.

A supporting goal is to build a national network of physical activities managed by cancer journeyers that will become the biennial Cancer Journey Games®. These games will provide the motivation for cancer survivors to make physical and mental fitness a key element in their cancer survivor journeys.

These efforts combine to provide cancer journeyers with survivorship goals and the tools to pursue them.
