Drekmor is a Swedish music project rooted in synthpop, darkwave and cinematic retro electronics. The sound moves between glowing neon melodies, shadowy atmospheres and human-made songs with a pulse, drawing from late-night synths, dark pop hooks and retro-futuristic energy.

Behind Drekmor are Johan Brinkman, The Archivist and Tomas Vasseur. The Archivist and Tomas provide the vocals, while Johan Brinkman adds keyboards and guitars. Tomas Vasseur is also known as the lead singer of the alternative rock/pop rock band Ghost Nation.

Drekmor’s first single, “Blacked Out Beacon”, introduces the project’s blend of dark electronic atmosphere, melodic songwriting and cinematic synth-driven production. While the visual world around the project may use AI-assisted imagery, the music itself is written, performed and produced by people.
