The Fuel Fund of Maryland (FFM) serves as a trusted non-governmental component of the social safety net delivering flexibility through independence, accountability through sound governance, and quality service delivery through 37 years of experience. Our organization works to ensure that low-income Marylanders can afford home energy. FFM helps with past due bills when households are in crisis, provides energy conservation education through the Watt Watchers® program, and advocates for and helps deliver affordable energy options for low-income households.
