The Gahanna American Legion Post is committed to working with our veterans, providing services at funerals, events, dedications, and prayer services for our commjunity and its memters. We feel every veteran within our limited range should be honored for hisservice and dedication, and strive to do the best we can for them.
The Post is committed to its youth and community also, and annually sends several young men to Buckeye Boys State and several young boys and girls to an Oritorical Contest, where they can win scholarship money. We also work with Special Olympics, other veterans organizations, Veteranss Hospitals and the local Veterans Administration Clinic, of which they are soon to have a new one at the DSCC site in Whitehall, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus.
