InfoCision earns some of the most prestigious awards in the direct marketing industry every year. These are just a few of the honors we have received.

InfoCision Management Corporation earned the American Teleservices Association Self Regulatory Organization seal of accreditation as a contact center of excellence. 
 InfoCision received the 2009 International Service Excellence Award in the medium business category from the Customer Service Institute of America.  The Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service was awarded to InfoCision because of its dedication to community service. InfoCision and its employees donated countless hours of volunteer service and hundreds of thousands of dollars to the local communities.

 


InfoCision is the only company to win a Marketing Via Phone (MVP) Quality Award 16 years in a row. This award is presented by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine to the teleservices company that demonstrates the strongest commitment to excellence, highest quality and most ethical standards.

 


The Employers Resource Council (ERC) grants the NorthCoast 99 Awards annually to recognize the 99 best employers in Northeast Ohio. InfoCision has won eight awards, including special recognition for compensation and benefits and the prestigious Diamond Award, which is the top honor awarded by the ERC to only three companies. Nominated by employees, IMC was judged on compensation, benefits, health and safety, training and education, diversity, community service, recruitment and retention, and employee communication.
