Jayme Campbell is a children’s author, social worker, and nonprofit professional whose career has been centered around helping children, families, and communities navigate life’s challenges. With a background in social work and years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations, Jayme believes that even the biggest, most complicated feelings can be made a little easier when children are given the right words to understand them.

As a mom of two boys, Jayme is especially passionate about creating stories that help children feel seen, understood, and supported. Her books explore difficult and sometimes overlooked topics through gentle language, imagination, and reassurance—giving children and the grown-ups who love them a place to begin important conversations.

When she isn’t writing, Jayme can usually be found spending time with her family, dreaming up her next project, or finding new ways to turn complicated ideas into something a little easier to understand.
