Sterling Gate Books is a New Zealand indie publishing company jointly owned and operated by Kiwi father-and-son writing team Lance and James Morcan. Established in 2011, it has published more than 20 titles (fiction and non-fiction) to date – all written by the Morcans. Many of their books have been critically acclaimed.

The Morcans' novels include the bestselling historical adventure epics Into the Americas and White Spirit, the top-rating international thriller series The Orphan Trilogy and new release action-adventure The Dogon Initiative. Their non-fiction titles include the bestselling Genius Intelligence, the acclaimed Debunking Holocaust Denial Theories and the well received, new release book Vaccine Science Revisited.

All titles are available via Amazon as Kindle ebooks and many as paperbacks also. Several are regular visitors to Amazon’s bestseller lists, and all rate highly with book critics and reviewers.

Lance, who is New Zealand-based, and James, who is based in Sydney, Australia, are also screenwriters. They have adapted a number of their books for the big screen and television, and these are in development now.
To date, 24 foreign rights agreements have been secured for the translation of their books into Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Afrikaans, Norwegian and Dutch with more contracts pending. These are available across a wide number of book retailers internationally including Amazon, iBooks (Apple), Google Play, Kobo, Nook, Scribd, Nook, Overdrive, Chegg, 3M, axis360 (Baker & Taylor) & Follett.

More books are planned and work is underway on a sequel to the Morcans’ latest novel.
