Makashar creative has released their first product "Novelinked"  which will help people exchange books and meetup with new people.

With today’s mobile technology, together with location based services, the exchange of books could be as convenient as a 10 minute walk to an exchange location. Possibly, a lot less that what you would take getting to a library or even a book store. Add to this the fact that customers will get the book free, seemed to me like a compelling value proposition. The more I thought about it, the more convinced I was about the need for this app. Adding a social angle to it, made it even more relevant.

The prospect of meeting new people with similar reading interests seemed far more appealing than having to meet with people I may have nothing in common with.And so, I decided to take the plunge into the exciting world of developing mobile apps, thus moving me away from my previous job as an equity research analyst. Equipped with strong business analytical skills, being well-travelled in Asia, along with understanding of consumer sentiments and culture, I hope to provide users of Novelinked a valuable and convenient service.
