Missionary Ventures Canada is a Christian Non-Profit Agency that works both nationally and internationally.

We believe in strategic partnerships and work together with governments and NGO’s; to build those partnerships that serve the poor. Community development is best accomplished by identifying, equipping and empowering local indigenous leadership for ongoing sustainability. Local leadership is crucial for ongoing sustainability and development but always with outside accountability. Every individual deserves to have the opportunity for personal growth and development and we seek to protect the dignity of individuals that we assist.
We believe cross-cultural work begins first by understanding and respecting the culture in which we work in. No one culture is superior to the other – only “different”.
