About

Notter Bridge Park set in 6 acres of grassland and trees along the river bank of the River Lynher where the wildlife includes the kingfisher and otter and is ideal for canoeing and boating together with fishing for salmon and trout.

The Park has undergone extensive redevelopment and landscaping and offers a private secluded location for owners wishing to purchase exclusive lodges or caravan holiday homes each with a private balcony and either riverside or woodland views, some come with an 11 month season.

The lake has now matured and the introduction of large numbers of fish has been successfully completed. Development of the park has also increased the variety of wild life that can be seen. On the river there is a new colony of ducks, with deer being spotted foraging in the woods and most exciting is the arrival of a pair of Buzzards which have nested nearby and are rearing a youngster which can be regularly seen in the park.

2009 sees the park looking to gain The David Bellamy Conservation Award which is issued to holiday parks which show an active concern for the environment, from the protection of  plant and animal habitat to effective use of energy and recycling.
