About

Omnigarde LLC. is a new startup company with an aggressive plan to become a leader in the security and financial intelligent decision application using AI. The company is a US based company residing in Southern California formed by a group of leading industry experts. The team consists of talent with  industry track records of over 30 years in innovating and deploying biometric products. Omnigarde LLC was founded on March 22, 2021. Since then, the company has developed state of art AI based face, fingerprint and voice recognition core technologies. Each of these recognition technologies has two types of implementations: Lite and standard. The Lite version uses less memory and computation power which can be used on mobile devices. The standard version requires more memory and computation power which can be used on PC, server and cloud. The algorithms of the core technologies have achieved top tier performance in the various benchmark tests run by the National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST). For example, on March 2nd, 2022, the company’s  face recognition AI based software participated in the NIST Face Recognition Vendor Test’s (FRVT) ongoing benchmark and achieved a top 5 ranking amongst US based companies and top 22 ranking among worldwide companies. On February 2nd, 2023 , Omnigarde submitted its AI based fingerprint recognition software for the  NIST Proprietary Fingerprint Template (PFT) III evaluation and achieved top tier performance on many tested datasets. On February 10th, 2023 , Omnigarde submitted its AI based fingerprint recognition software for the  NIST Minutiae Interoperability Exchange(MINEX) III evaluation. The MINEX III test evaluates the compliance of template generators and template matchers across different vendors.  The test is used to establish compliance of template generators and template matchers for the U.S. Government’s Personal Identity Verification (PIV) program. Omnigarde submitted software not only passed PIV full certification, but also achieved top-1 performance in the template matching interoperability test among the US submitted template matchers, and top-6 among all worldwide submissions. NIST tests such as FRVT, MINEXIII and PFTIII are the most stringent benchmarks to evaluate face and fingerprint recognition performance. Omnigarde's core algorithms have achieved top-tier performance on these tests. Omnigarde’s goal is to become a world-wide top-tier biometric core technologies provider.
