Poolvillas.com is a specialist in holiday homes with private pools and sea view apartments on the Costa Blanca in Spain. Poolvillas started in the early nineties as a local initiative with a clear focus on the northern Costa Blanca. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted name in holiday rentals, while staying close to our roots. Our team knows the region in detail. In 2025, we expanded our local presence with new offices in Moraira and Denia. These offices complement our long established base in Javea, where we have been active for more than 30 years. This step allows faster local support, better property control and more direct contact with guests before and during their stay.

Poolvillas focuses on direct rentals. We work closely with property owners and local managers. We do not rely on large booking platforms that add extra costs or limit communication. This approach keeps prices clear and contact direct.
We apply a lowest price guarantee. Prices are monitored continuously. Discounts and last minute offers are applied when available. Guests always see the final price before booking.
All properties are rented exclusively. Villas and apartments are for private use only. There is no sharing with other guests. Privacy is standard, whether you choose a villa with a private pool or an apartment in a well maintained complex.

Moraira is known for its marina, small beaches and calm atmosphere. It attracts guests who value privacy and quality. The local office improves service and property control in this area.
Denia is a lively coastal town with a castle, harbour and long beaches. It is popular with families and food lovers. Our presence in Denia supports a growing selection of villas and apartments.
