Social Capital is a group who believes that philanthropy should be accessible to all and fun. By mobilizing our social networks, we raise funds and awareness for a variety of philanthropic causes. And we do this by creating events that are fun and accessible. We call each of these quarterly events a party with a purpose.

Our goal is to  support the community by raising funds for philanthropic organizations through social gatherings and private online contributions. This turns social capital into charitable capital.

Social Capital seeks to :
* Raise money and increase awareness for multiple philanthropic causes
* Connect individuals who are passionate about working towards the greater good
* Inspire active participation in our community by providing meaningful opportunities to get involved

Each year, we help people in the Twin Cities discover new philanthropic causes. We also give people the opportunity to give back in a relaxed, non-intimidating environment.
