Its proprietary models analyze text from conversations, whether email, chat, or speech to text transcriptions, and recognize the intent of the communicator and likely outcome of the conversation. The models are trained on big data, utilizing a completely different approach than historical keyword or custom lexicon modeling methodology.

WordSentry's flagship product, PROPHESY, predicts conversational churn in real time, without requiring the creation of metadata, and at an accuracy of up to 90%, when validated on almost 1.8 million conversations.

All WordSentry products are cloud-based software as a service, and are easily integrated via API.
