Hi everyone,

My name is D’Antré Cole, and I’m reaching out for support during a challenging time. Despite my relentless efforts in applying for jobs—up to 100 applications a day for nearly a year and half—I have got little to no callbacks although my resume is impeccable with over 4 years as a customer success manger & operations manger. I’ve revised my resume countless times, yet the job market remains tough and unyielding.

In the midst of this, I have channeled my creativity and passion into something meaningful. I recently published my book, “Authentically Aware: True To You.” This book delves into the importance of authenticity, self-awareness, and understanding social cues—values that I hold dear and want to share with the world to help less fights occur all around the world.

A bit about me:

- I have experience as a Customer Success Manager and Operations Manager applied for jobs like Office Manager, Customer Success Manager, Property Manager, Receptionist, Cashier, HR, all things I've done in the past but they always tell me that I am over qualified, and I keep hearing this, leaving me with any income/job unfortunately, as I still apply to 100 jobs per day and do door dash, uber eats.
- I moved to Los Angeles in 2017
- I have 56,000 followers on Instagram and have partnered with brands like Dollar Shave, BMW, Pinnacle Vodka, and Amazon Lifestyle.
- I founded Galaxy Gleam Media, a digital media company specializing in SEO, social media marketing, and advertising strategies.
- I am passionate about storytelling, as inspired by WWE, and have created and starred in several films. In just 4 months, I directed, starred in, cast, and produced 6 films, all without a substantial budget or team.
- Wrote Authentically Aware: True To You a week after the premier of my 6 film in 4 months #Trendy
- Currently working on 7th film called Neon Confessions where I will play a pimp with a mental disorder
- Had casting call for actor over 70 actors showed up, I threw the casting call because I had 70 actors in my index that are down to be in my films because I write scripts really fast, cast and film the films pretty fast and make sure the quality is there.
- Released 3 Mixtapes R&B & Pop, Escape the Ordinary, Crazy Love & Welcome Reality over 2 million streams
- I throw events 300 + people come but my events are always free because I want everyone to enjoy themselves.
- My platform is for Authenticity & self Awareness with hopes to inspire millions to live a authentic and self aware life, making the world a better place with less conflict.

My journey has not been easy, especially after losing my mom, DeGeta Cole, to COVID / breast cancer on the last day of 2020 catching me and my family by surprise, since then i have seeked counseling and it changed my life. But her strength and my family’s legacy inspire me to keep pushing forward. My cousin, Nat King Cole, and my uncle, Don Albert, were both influential figures in the music industry, and I aim to carry on their legacy through my creative endeavors.
