I am a personal and career development coach, mentor and motivational speaker mostly concentrated on the Spanish-speaking community.

Before becoming a full-time coach and mentor, I worked for more than 15 years in the financial services industry holding various management positions. Initially, my successful financial career was exciting and rewarding, but over time, interest in the profession began to change, and although I was always immersed in the financial world, I was at the same time attracted to topics related to psychology and human development.

Personal and work-related challenges forced me to venture into coaching and mentoring. Initially, I incorporated coaching as a mechanism to handle everyday personal situations , improve performance and productivity, learn how to make better usage of my skills and resources, and in general to become a more effective leader. Later on, I decided to become a certified coach when I discovered the countless benefits coaching provides to individuals and groups.

As a result of my personal experiences, extensive education and work experience within the corporate, financial and managerial worlds, I have developed skills that not only allows me to support my clients’ transformation processes, but also to guide them in areas of personal and professional growth, including leadership development, flexibility and adaptability to change, life transitions, time management, conflict resolution, effective team management, health and wellness.
