Central Coast Waterproofing was formed in 2007.

Owned by myself, Bill Leys, I am concentrating on the correct installation of deck waterproofing systems. I am an authorized Desert Brand and Mer-Kote decking installer. I am also an authorized applicator of Kryton Crystalline Waterproofing.

We can also maintain and repair other decking systems including Pacific Polymers, Dex-O-Tex, Life Deck, Westcoat, TUFFLEX and anything else!

I also provide below grade Waterproofing, using conventional liquid applied systems from Tremco and Carlisle. Kryton Crystalline Waterproofing systems are a specialty for waterproofing failed systems without digging.

We also provide decorative concrete finishes over our deck systems and patios, walkways, interior floors and more. Epoxy and polyurea coatings are applied as well.
