Total Transitions Ministry is a soul-centered, trauma-informed platform that serves high-achieving Black women who are exhausted by perfectionism, performance-based worth, and emotionally lopsided relationships. Founded by Dr. Renetta Weaver, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Bariatric Counselor, AI Consultant, and global speaker, Total Transitions offers sacred, science-based tools for emotional healing, identity reclamation, and professional reinvention.
We specialize in helping women who have “done everything right”—degrees, promotions, caregiving—yet feel unfulfilled and disconnected from themselves. Through therapeutic tools, AI-integrated frameworks, and spiritual wellness practices, we support our clients in reclaiming their truth, power, voice, and rest.

Dr. Weaver’s work has been recognized globally. She is the recipient of the 2025 Thought Leader in Social Work Award (London Organization of Skills Development) and the 2025 Innovation in Social Work Award (University of Maryland). Her recent panel appearances include the AI Insights Summit and a professional development workshop for sociology students at American University.
