Tom Gilmour started his marketing career at 28 years old after investing 12 years working as a Chef for Marriott, Wyndham and Hilton hotels both domestically and in the Caribbean. Specializing in digital marketing during the internet’s formative years, Tom helped develop and implement campaigns for clients in the Pharmaceutical, Retail and financial services sectors. In Sept 2001, he joined Royal Caribbean managing the company’s top accounts on the east coast as well as a co-operative marketing budget over $1.4 million annually, investing in multiple forms of traditional and online marketing initiatives. It was in 2002 that he began specializing in search engine marketing and web conversion strategies during one of Royal Caribbean’s most dramatic periods of growth expanding its fleet from 12 to 24 cruise ships. Today Tom has his own Marketing consulting firm helping small and medium sized businesses in Philadelphia, Bucks and Mercer County NJ optimize their online exposure and generate higher quality business leads through digital tactics like SEO, content marketing and social media optimization.
