RAG-Powered AI Guides
Gryffi utilizes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to provide accurate, hallucination-free support. Organizations upload their own documentation (PDF, Word, etc.) to create a secure knowledge base. The AI responds with source-cited answers, ensuring all information is consistent with official company policy.

Enterprise Scaling & Localization
The platform supports 14 languages, including English, Dutch, German, and French. An AI-driven "Copy & Translate" feature allows for the rapid localization of entire journeys for global teams.

User Management & Integration
Designed for seamless administration, Gryffi integrates with Microsoft 365/Azure AD and Google Workspace for automated directory synchronization. End users access their assigned journeys via secure "magic links," removing the friction of password management.

Data Residency & Compliance
Gryffi prioritizes data sovereignty and GDPR compliance. The infrastructure is hosted entirely within the European Union, with primary servers in Germany and AI processing localized in France.
