The IMC Spa Chapter was formed in 2010 to set new standards for spa consulting and to create a collaboration of committed professionals that desired to distinguish themselves as the industry’s premier consultants.  As such, IMC Spa Chapter consultants are equipped with the knowledge, experience and expertise to objectively identify client needs, problems and issues, and propose and implement effective and cost-efficient solutions.  Our members commit themselves to on-going education and professional development, voluntary certification and a strong commitment to ethical standards and satisfied clients.  As independent professionals, they are bound to the IMC Code of Ethics that details a standard of conduct that raises the bar and sets new standards for the spa consulting practice.   Adhering voluntarily to ethical values is extremely important to ensure standards of conduct and competence, impartiality, confidentiality, no conflicts of interest, integrity, agreements in writing and client satisfaction.
