On turning fifty years old, Lois Albrecht began her own search for ‘what’s next’ and learned about life coaching.  She discovered first-hand the positive impact it can have. Coaching honors her values of continual learning and allows her to help people realize their potential.  She completed her training with the Coaches Training Institute in 2004 and pursued another nine-month intensive journey to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
