About

MAP Frameworks is the publishing and structural alignment practice of Sebastian Stroeller — a behavioural framework designer based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with 25 years of experience across behavioural science, technology, and business operations.

The practice centers on the MAP Model (Mindful Awareness, Active Preparation, Purposeful Patience), a readiness-based architecture for human behaviour. MAP is not therapy, coaching, or mindfulness. It is the structural alternative to emotional explanations — a model built for clarity, timing, and readiness.

The MAP ecosystem includes four interlocking frameworks: MAP (readiness), Active Waiting (timing), Active Rating (internal load measurement on a 0-10 scale), and NeuroBond (emotional alignment). Together, they form a structural architecture that addresses fear, trauma, burnout, addiction, decision paralysis, and relationship loops — not through symptom management, but through structural resolution.

Sebastian Stroeller's work is backed by six DOI-registered publications via Zenodo, covering both canine behavioural architecture (the origin of the frameworks) and their human application. Key publications include "Active Waiting & The MAP Model: Readiness, Inevitability, and Structural Progress" and "NeuroBond — Emotional Alignment Model: Trust Without Persuasion and Behaviour Without Force."

The practice offers 1:1 structural alignment work via online sessions and immersive 7, 14, and 21-day programs in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The book "Structure Is Not A Method: The MAP Framework" is available on Amazon as Kindle, paperback, and hardcover, and as an audiobook via Audible and major platforms.
