Storming Robots is an unique robotics learning center for talented youth. It provides year round robotics challenge. During the summer, it offers intensive robotics programs.
Storming Robots have actively participated in the various regional and state tournament since 2005. All participants are its roboclub members. The two major annual competitions, which it has participated, including RobocupJunior(R) and First LEGO(R) League.
"Learning is like breathing! Using others' success as inspiration and motivation. Competing against yourself and using your past achievement as a gauge for improvement, not others' ".
Winning ExperienceSince 2005, teams from Storming Robots have often placed high in regional and won its way to the State Tournament of First LEGO League. In 2009, a team from Storming Robots won the USA RobocupJunior Competition and was invited to represent the United States at the RoboCupJunior World Tournament in Graz, Austria. In 2010, teams from Storming Robots won First and Second Place in the USA RobocupJunior (RCJ) competition for the second year in a row. Storming Robots will continuously challenge its own teams to win its way to the World Tournament in the future.
The World Tournament of RCJ takes place in conjunction with RoboCup, which is attended by hundreds of research scientists and engineers from around the world. Interfacing with these researchers truly sparks inspiration and interests in engineering among these young children.
