Dr. Piper Center for Social Services Founded in 1976, the Dr. Piper Center is a nonprofit social services organization which provides multiple services and programs for persons 55+ years old. Its mission is inspired by Dr. Ella Piper, a distinguished Ft. Myers leader in the early 1900s.
