TeachUNITED delivers a training program designed by teachers, for teachers, to strengthen student outcomes in rural and under-resourced schools. Built as a sustainable, scalable model, our program equips experienced educators with the skills to become in-house coaches, mentors, and professional learning community (PLC) leaders — multiplying impact across entire school systems. Grounded in evidence and guided by real-time data, our approach creates lasting, measurable gains in student achievement and teacher well-being.
