WellSpring Resources is a non-profit behavioral health services provider located in Alton, Illinois.  Our mission is to help individuals with mental health conditions and substance abuse disorders find their way back to hope and independence.  We provide counseling, psychiatric and medical services, residential services for adults with mental health conditions, substance abuse recovery services, and more.
