Creating is my passion and through that passion my art begins to tell a story. The story continues with the connection felt by the viewer as their story intermingles and grows with the piece of art. I believe art has healing properties thru the creative process as well as the visual. I work with vibrant colors in oils and acrylics on gallery wrapped canvases creating abstract, contemporary, modern, innovative paintings. My figurative pieces are conventional with a twist of soul. I hold an unconventional belief that artwork should be touched allowing the tactile senses to explore deeper than the eyes can see. Paper clay sculpture allows me to bring whimsical elements into the joy of 3 dimensional art with open ended possibilities.
My artwork has been published in American Art Collector, Southwest Art & Phoenix Home & Garden Magazines and is in the homes of collectors across the USA.
