About the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce
Founded in 1940 by a group of successful business owners, including city founder and namesake Adolfo Camarillo, the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce promotes and enhances the positive commercial, professional, economic, and educational well being of the community. The voice of local businesses of all sizes and its representative at the city, county, state, and federal government levels, the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce is an association of companies, non-profits, civic groups, educational institutions, and government agencies with over 500 members that employ over 20,000 people in the Pleasant Valley. A founding member of the Chambers of Commerce Alliance of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, the organization offers a broad range of programs, events, and operating committees designed to improve the health and stability of the local economy and member businesses.
