Face2Gene is an informational tool for use by licensed healthcare professionals. It does not provide a diagnosis and must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decision-making; all outputs are non-diagnostic and must be validated through clinical evaluation and appropriate testing.

Family Health Checker is FDNA's parent- and caregiver-facing tool (US). It helps families organize concerns, answer structured questions with photo guidance, and prepare a clinician-ready summary for a more productive visit. It is non-diagnostic and does not replace medical evaluation.

FDNA also offers a digital front door for health systems and phenotype-enrichment workflows for genetic testing labs, researchers, CROs, and biopharma partners - connecting consumer-scale intake to clinical-grade evaluation.
