HOW WE WORK

We are successful with our clients because our strategic planning and execution process is simple, and your team is involved every step of the way.  We use an agile customer-centric project control process pioneered by our founder, Emerson E. Holliday.  

Analyze
During this stage, we analyze your business goals, limitations, requirements, and etc..  We also research and analyze your target/niche market.  We call this our due diligence.

Design
Based on the results of our analysis, we then determine all of the elements that should be part of your strategy and, most importantly, show you how they are all connected.  This is the Design phase and it focuses on the what and the why.  This phase identifies various components that should be part of your strategy.

Develop
Now that we know what we are going to do and why we are going to do it, we begin to build out (develop and test) individual elements identified in the design phase.  For example, Facebook, Twitter, SEO, industry forums, training curriculums, and fresh content are all considered individual elements. The Develop phase focuses on the who, how, and when.  Everything here is tactical, like an army preparing for battle.  All elements are readied for implementation during this phase.  For example, if a blog is one of your elements, your domain name and hosting is secured, the design done, a list of articles is created, content is written, who can make blog design decisions and post articles will be established, a budget is solidified, timelines and implementation schedules are created, and so on.

Test
The development phase evolves through a continual circle of develop, test, develop, test, develop, test and so on until the element is as close to perfect as you can get.

Deploy
The next step is to deploy each element.  Deployment can be done within the same timeframe (for example, one week) or each element is implemented over a period of time (for example, 30 – 90 days).

Operate
Day to day management and operation of your overall Internet marketing and social media strategy, your learning management system, or content managemnet system.

Evaluate
During this phase we are constantly evaluating and refining various success factors of all each element, individually and collectively.  Refocus on ROI, comparing business results with stated goals.

Repeat
Repeat the process.
