Her work is based on the premise that by making mindfulness fun, its easy to practice and achieve an optimum creative state that allows you to be your best self. Margot Duncan is a Mindfulness Coach, Learning Design Specialist and Chi Practitioner with a doctorate from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. She has more than 20 years experience helping others tap into their source energy so they can bring their best to life. As well as her background in education, neuroscience and communication, she studies under the Chinese Quantum Chi Master Yang and Tibetan Dzogchen Master Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche.
